When you register for ePost, we collect your name, date of birth, contact details, Aruba address, and identification information. When you use the service, we also collect package and shipment details, such as tracking numbers, merchants, declared values, and invoices you upload.
We use your information to create and manage your account, assign your U.S. shipping address, process and consolidate your packages, communicate with you about deliveries and holds, and provide customer support.
To receive and process your packages in Miami, we share your registration and package details with our cross-border logistics partner, who operates our U.S. warehouse. They use this information only to fulfill the shipping and consolidation service, not for their own marketing purposes.
We keep your account and shipment records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and customs requirements.
You can review and update most of your account details from your Account page at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, contact our support team.
